I don't understand what this is. Does this collect the milk from let down? Or a shield to help breastfeeding?
Answer:It helps collect milk leaked while nursing (on the breast not latched by baby) or if you just happen to leak a lot when baby is not nursing. It can also be used as a sheild when nipples are sensitive. It is definitely not a nipple shield used for baby to suck nipple through.

How long do you wear it and how often do you empty it? Those using it all day/night. Or do you end up throwing it away?
Answer:I only wear it when my baby is eating on the other side.... so when the milk comes down if doesn’t just run down my body

Do these suction to breast? Or are can they be worn in bra throughout the day to catch leaks.?
